MOGA International Has Obtained a New Zealand FSP License to Increase Trading Diversity
MOGA International Group has committed to providing a better environment for clients’ greater benefits since it was founded in 2018. It is our pleasure to announce that we have been licensed and regulated by the New Zealand Financial Service Providers. Moga International Group currently holds a total of three regulatory licenses, namely the St. Vincent FSA license (532LLC2020,) the ASIC license (AFSL NO: 501156,) and the New Zealand FSP license (FSP: 1002414.)
MOGA International Group is headquartered in Australia. We currently have three subsidiaries, which are MOGA AU, MOGA NZL, and MOGA SV. The said companies are regulated respectively to customize services for global traders.
MOGA International Group Pty Ltd (MOGA AU) has been regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission since 2018. The license number is ACN 620 723 757 and AFSL 501156. In accordance with ASIC’s recent strategies, (the regulatory license only applies) we currently only cater for approved wholesale clients.
MOGA International Group LLC (MOGA SV) was founded in 2020. It is regulated by the FSA of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with the registration number 532 LLC 2020.
MOGA International Group LIMITED (MOGA NZL) was incorporated in 2022. It has obtained a license under the FSP number 1002414.
