Terms and Conditions:
- The losable bonus can only be a single-time and non-accumulative deposit. But if the deposit can’t be done single time and needs to split into multiple times, it can be viewed as a single-time deposit under the circumstances that it is done in one day and there’s no trading lot being made.
- If there is a withdrawal after the bonus is rewarded, then the bonus will be deducted by the bonus ratio according to the withdrawal amount (10%, 15% or 20%). If the account net balance drops below the minimum required deposit after the withdrawal ($500 for 10%, $5,001 for 15%, $10,001 for 20%, contact account manager for over $20,001), all bonus will be canceled.
- Each account can only participate in the promotion once. If you want to participate in this promotion multiple times, please open a sub-account.
- The bonus is against deficit, and it will be deducted from your account after the promotion. Should you lose all funds in an account, the losable bonus can still be used to trade.
- The losable bonus is for trading only. It cannot be withdrawn or intra-transferred to another account.
- If all positions are closed and the bonus faces a 90% losing or above, it is considered to be used out. MOGA will then delete the bonus.
- When withdrawing profits and capital, the account will be settled.
- If the profits exceed the amount of the losable bonus, the withdrawal will be deducted by 60% of the losable bonus from the profits.
- If the profits lie within 50%-99% of the losable bonus, the withdrawal will be deducted by 15% of the losable bonus from the profits.
- If the profits lie within 25%-49% of the losable bonus, the withdrawal will be deducted by 15% of the losable bonus from the profits.
- The withdrawal will not be deducted if the profit is less than 25% of the losable bonus.
- This promotion is only available for standard account and VIP account. MAM account and those accounts which hold extra spread and commission conditions are not eligible for this offer.
- MOGA will take back the bonus, all profits and commission earned if the bonus is abused for abnormal trading of speculation or irregular commission collection. Discretion of above abnormal trading is owned by MOGA technical team, and MOGA technical team reserves the right at its sole discretion.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions of MOGA, and is ONLY for clients under St. Vincent regulation.
- MOGA reserves the rights of final interpretation for this promotion.
